As a general policy no personally identifiable information, such as name, address or e-mail address, is collected when you visit our site. Some non-personal information is collected, such as browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time in order for us to improve your online experience.

Personally Identifiable Information
Diversity does not automatically collect personally identifiable information from site visitors; however, we do encourage visitors to obtain additional information about our services using the “Contact Us” page, or by submitting an email inquiry. In such cases, personally identifiable information may be requested and used exclusively to provide users with the highest level of customer service. All information provided in such cases remains confidential and will only be used by Diversity employees to respond to that visitor's inquiry. Diversity does not, at any time share personally identifiable information with outside or third-parties.

Employee Access to Information
A limited group of Diversity employees are provided with visitor information as received via the “Contact Us” page and/or email requests in order to respond to visitor's needs. Employees are required to maintain strict security standards in handling the personal, confidential information of our clients. Diversity employees with access to such information who do not conform to our strict confidentiality rules are subject to disciplinary actions, including dismissal.
