We'll help your patients through the complexities of medical insurance billing with an experienced team of customer care professionals. All patient support services are included as part of our standard offering- there are no additional fees for postage, phone calls, etc. Our patient support services provide:

Patient Invoicing- We offer an array of patient invoice designs to choose from. All are easy to read and offer detailed information on payments, adjustments, balance due, etc. We'll work with you to ensure statements mailed from our offices meet your satisfaction.

Weekly Invoice Mailings- Patient statements are sent weekly – usually just a few days of the date of service. Weekly mailings, as opposed to monthly batches, reduce patient payment turnaround significantly. Reminder statements are sent 30, 60 and 90 days from the original mailing if payment is not received.

Customer Care Support for Patient Inquiries- Your patients interact directly with our Customer Care professionals via phone or email for inquiries about invoices- giving your staff more time to focus on providing care instead of answering the phone.

Payment Plans- Our medical billing services easily accommodate installment payment plans and can send out regular monthly invoices for installment payers. We'll work with your practice to set the parameters for installment payers, and can handle each case individually.

Past Due Recovery/Collections- In the event further action is required to obtain a patient payment, we've teamed with several third-party collections agencies. We consider each case individually and make sure all options are exhausted, and then notify your practice before sending a claim to an outside agency.
